Trying out Framer Motion

Saw this lesson in the Joy of React course by Josh Comeau and I want to replicate it with Tailwind. 

The animation is still in Framer Motion. The goal is to use this Codesandbox as a quick playground to explore Framer Motion. What I replicated in Tailwind is only the boilerplate, which is the big yellow button and the button with its background blur. Looks good so far!
